Pat Hyland
After a highly successful and fulfilling career as a professional jockey, Pat Hyland and wife Maree, searched for a location close to all metropolitan tracks, with a natural environment capable of building all the modern facilities of a professional training complex - Pyingerra Park was established and now 16 years later, Pat has created amazing success as a professional horse trainer.
Throughout what is considered a short training career to date, Pat has trained six Group 1 winners, twelve Group 2 winners and over 10 Group 3 winners, Listed races, Grand National Hurdle and Steeple and Country Cups combined.
Pats hands on approach, working daily in the stable and riding trackwork each morning enables him to assess each horse in the stable and it's campaigns progress personally, drawing on over 40 years experience and skills - something that no other horse trainer can claim.
