Property Manager, Lenny Marshall

Lenny Marshall, brother of Maree Hyland joined the team as the Property Manager at Pyingerra Park in June 2007.  

Lenny, a former horse trainer and jockey is well aware of what is required to make a stable successful. Lenny has been an integral part of the stable’s more recent success. Driviing the float in the mornings, assisting with stable duties and ensuring the property and equiptment is maintained on a daily basis is all a part of keeping the ship sailing smoothly!

Kate Hyland , Financial Controller/Administration

Kate Hyland, wife of Matthew Hyland is highly qualified and skilled in the area of financial management and control.  Kate has a Bachelor of International Trade and is currently completing her Master of Accounting at Monash University. 

Jo Hyland McAuliffe , Clear-Cut Marketing, Marketing & Communications

Joanne, only daughter of Pat & Maree Hyland is a Director of MISTABLE,  website software for horse trainers and Clear-Cut Marketing, established  to provide marketing consultancy, project & events management, administrative support services specialising in racing organisations.  Joanne has a Bachelor in Performing Arts and over 15 years work experience with a variety of media and communication organisations, all of whom have close associations with Australian Racing.  Whilst bringing up her three young children Joanne is studying her Masters in Marketing at Monash University, and provides marketing and content management support  for Pat Hyland Racing. 

Erin Barker, Foreperson

Erin joined Pyingerra Park in June 2007 and was very quickly promoted as stable foreperson. Her experience, qualifications and outstanding work ethic all combined with with a wonderful personality has been a major part of the stables ongoing success. Erins' work recently with Zarita’s campaign has been second to none and we thank her for her committment and ongoing assistance - she is a great asset to our stable!
