•  Hands On: Pat works closely with the staff of Pyingerra Park who all make a commitment to ensure that the best attention is given to each individual horse.

•  Specialist Attention: Pyingerra Park has a team of specialists who visit the property on a daily basis; Ian Church (Equine Veterinarians), Lindsay Elliott ( Equine Veterinarian specializing in acupuncture, Shane Pattison (Farrier) and Michael Mascall (Equine Dentist) all play a major role in Pats philosophy; “teamwork is an essential part of success”. 

• Communication:  Pat's one-on-one approach applies to not only the horses he trains but their owners as well.  Pat is  always available to discuss personally with owners their horses progress and campaign, something he feels strongly about; "With all of todays technology, which I understand is important,  it's also nice to have a balance and keep some of the old school around, I think thats why my clients stay with us for the long term, they get the best of both worlds." 

• Marketing : Pat utilises the services of his daughters' business "Clear-Cut Marketing" who provide regular weekly e-mail reports, professional quarterley newsletters, manage the content of the mistable software, and project manage any special events, such as open days, special stable visits, breakfast functions at the property and raceday activities.
